इस प्रकार व्यासनिर्मित श्रीमयहाभारत शतसाहसी संहितारें अनुशासनपर्वके अन्तर्गत भीष्मस्वगरिहणपर्वमें दानधर्म तथा भीष्म-युधिष्ठिरसंवादके प्रसंगरें भीष्मजीकी मुक्ति नामक एक सौ अड़्सठवाँ अध्याय पूरा हुआ
