Vāyu said: “They are capable of bringing forth other worlds as well, and likewise the rulers of those worlds. Therefore, how could men of radiant power—knowing rightly, through true understanding, the greatness of the Brāhmaṇas—fail to conduct themselves properly toward them?”

True power is guided by right knowledge: those who understand the spiritual and social significance of Brāhmaṇas should naturally treat them with proper respect and correct conduct.
Vāyu argues by emphasizing the extraordinary capacities attributed to exalted beings—able to create worlds and their rulers—and concludes that such enlightened, powerful persons would not neglect proper behavior toward Brāhmaṇas once they truly know their importance.
