द्वियोजनशतास्तस्य दंष्टा: परमदारुणा: | हनुस्तस्याभवद्‌ भूमावास्यं चास्यास्पृशद्‌ दिवम्‌

Transliteration

dvi-yojana-śatās tasya daṁṣṭrāḥ parama-dāruṇāḥ | hanus tasyābhavad bhūmāv āsyaṁ cāsyāsparśad divam ||

Translation

Cyavana said: “His fangs were exceedingly dreadful, each measuring two hundred yojanas. His lower jaw rested upon the earth, while his gaping mouth rose up to touch the sky.”
