भद्रा सोमस्य दुहिता रूपेण परमा मता | तस्यास्तुल्यं पतिं सोम उतथ्यं समपश्यत

Transliteration

bhadrā somasya duhitā rūpeṇa paramā matā | tasyās tulyam patiṃ soma utathyaṃ samapaśyat |

Translation

Bhadrā, the daughter of Soma, was regarded as unsurpassed in beauty. Soma considered the sage Utathya to be a husband equal to her in worth, seeing in him the fitting match.
