दुर्गाण्यतितरत्याशु पुरुष: पुरुषोत्तमम्‌ | स्तुवन्‌ नामसहस्रेण नित्यं भक्तिसमन्वितः

Transliteration

durgāṇy atitaraty āśu puruṣaḥ puruṣottamam | stuvan nāmasahasreṇa nityaṁ bhaktisamanvitaḥ ||

Translation

Bhīṣma said: One who is filled with devotion and daily praises the Supreme Person (Puruṣottama) through the Thousand Names swiftly crosses beyond hardships and dangers.
