Prologue to the praise of Śiva and the Upamanyu testimony
योगेश्वरं देवगीतं वेत्थ कृष्ण न संशय: । याज्ञवल्क्य इति ख्यात ऋषि: परमधार्मिक:
yogeśvaraṁ devagītaṁ vettha kṛṣṇa na saṁśayaḥ | yājñavalkya iti khyāta ṛṣiḥ paramadhārmikaḥ ||
Vāsudeva said: “O Kṛṣṇa, you certainly know the divine song of the Lord of Yoga—there is no doubt of it. There is a sage renowned as Yājñavalkya, supremely devoted to dharma.”
