भीष्म उवाच सर्वज्ञां सर्वतत्त्वज्ञां देवलोके मनस्विनीम् । कैकेयी सुमना नाम शाण्डिलीं पर्यपृच्छत
Translation
Bhīṣma said: “O king, this is a tale from the world of the gods. Sumanā, daughter of the king of Kekaya, questioned the goddess Śāṇḍilī—wise, all-knowing, and versed in every truth—in the following manner…”
