Aṅgiras said: “One sees restoration even for the emaciated, the healing and regrowth of what is wounded, a whole range of medicines for the sick, and pacification for one who is angry.”

That human troubles have corresponding remedies: weakness can be restored, wounds can heal, illness has medicines, and anger can be calmed—so one should choose appropriate, dharmic means of recovery rather than act from despair or rage.
Aṅgiras is speaking in an instructive mode, using everyday examples (nourishment, wound-healing, medicine, and pacification) to argue that even difficult inner states like anger are treatable and should be addressed through proper methods.
