अपन छा | अ-णक्राछ एकोनविशत्यधिकशततमोड< ध्याय: पाण्डुका कुन्तीको पुत्र-प्राप्तिके लिये प्रयत्न करनेका आदेश वैशम्पायन उवाच तत्रापि तपसि श्रेष्ठे वर्तमान: स वीर्यवान्‌ | सिद्धचारणसड्घानां बभूव प्रियदर्शन:

Transliteration

Vaiśampāyana uvāca | tatrāpi tapasi śreṣṭhe vartamānaḥ sa vīryavān | siddhacāraṇasaṅghānāṃ babhūva priyadarśanaḥ ||

Translation

Vaiśampāyana said: “O Janamejaya, even there, while the mighty King Pāṇḍu was engaged in the highest austerities, he became a welcome sight to the assemblies of Siddhas and Cāraṇas; merely seeing him brought them joy.”
