अक्षः सहैकचक्रेण भ्रमते ऽसौ ध्रुवेरितः प्रेरको ज्योतिषां धीमान् ध्रुवो वै वातरश्मिभिः

Transliteration

akṣaḥ sahaikacakreṇa bhramate 'sau dhruveritaḥ prerako jyotiṣāṃ dhīmān dhruvo vai vātaraśmibhiḥ

Translation

Driven by Dhruva, that axle revolves together with the single wheel. Wise Dhruva, by rays like the wind, becomes the impeller that sets the heavenly lights in motion—revealing the cosmic order ordained by the Lord (Pati), under whose governance all pashus move.
