सूर्यरथ-रचना, ध्रुव-प्रेरणा, मास-गणाः च

Jyotish-chakra: Surya’s Motion and Monthly Retinues

द्वादशास्य क्रमेणैव कुर्वते ऽभीषुसंग्रहम् प्रयान्ति यज्ञोपेतान्ता रक्षोहेतिमुखाः सह

dvādaśāsya krameṇaiva kurvate 'bhīṣusaṃgraham prayānti yajñopetāntā rakṣohetimukhāḥ saha

In the very sequence of the Twelve-faced cycle, they gather into the rays (of the Sun). Then, accompanied by the concluding portions of the sacrifice, they proceed together—those whose foremost purpose is the repelling of rākṣasas, bearing protective weapons.
