tarkyātarkyaśarīrāya baline raṃhasāya ca sikatyāya pravāhyāya sthitāya prasṛtāya ca
Salutations to the Lord whose form is both within the reach of reasoning and beyond it; to the Mighty One, to the Swift; to Him who becomes the sandy bed of rivers, who is the flowing current; who is steady, and who is also ever-spreading—Pati, the all-pervading Shiva.
