sarvataḥ pāṇipādāya rudrāyāpratimāya ca namo havyāya kavyāya havyavāhāya vai namaḥ
Salutations to Rudra, whose hands and feet are everywhere, and who is without equal. Salutations to Him who receives havya, the oblations to the gods, and kavya, the offerings to the ancestors; salutations to the Bearer of oblations—the inner Fire that conveys the sacrifice.
Suta Goswami (narrating a traditional Rudra-stuti within the Purva-Bhaga discourse)
