ललितोपाख्याने मन्त्रतारतम्यकथनम्
Hierarchy of Mantras in the Lalitopākhyāna
इति श्रीब्रह्माण्डमहापुराणे उत्तरभागे हयग्रीवागस्त्यसंवादे ललितोपाख्याने गृहराजान्तरकथनं नाम सप्तत्रिंशो ऽध्यायः अगस्त्य उवाच श्रुतमेतन्महावृत्तमाविर्भावादिकं महत् / भण्डासुरवधश्चैव देव्याः श्रीनगरस्थितिः
iti śrībrahmāṇḍamahāpurāṇe uttarabhāge hayagrīvāgastyasaṃvāde lalitopākhyāne gṛharājāntarakathanaṃ nāma saptatriṃśo 'dhyāyaḥ agastya uvāca śrutametanmahāvṛttamāvirbhāvādikaṃ mahat / bhaṇḍāsuravadhaścaiva devyāḥ śrīnagarasthitiḥ
Thus, in the Śrī Brahmāṇḍa Mahāpurāṇa, in the latter section, within the dialogue of Hayagrīva and Agastya in the Lalitā narrative, is the thirty-seventh chapter called “The Account of the Inner Royal Palace.” Agastya said: I have heard that great sacred account—of the Goddess’s manifestation and all that followed, and also the slaying of Bhaṇḍāsura and the Goddess’s abiding in Śrīnagara.
