ऋषय ऊचुः सर्वेषामेव भूतानां लोकालोकनिवासिनाम् / संसारे संसरन्तीह यावन्तः प्राणिनश्च ते
Transliteration
ṛṣaya ūcuḥ sarveṣāmeva bhūtānāṃ lokālokanivāsinām / saṃsāre saṃsarantīha yāvantaḥ prāṇinaśca te
Translation
The ṛṣis said: among all beings dwelling in Lokāloka, all the living creatures who wander here in saṃsāra—however many they may be.
