हिरण्यगर्भाद् ऋषिणा वसिष्ठेन समाहृतम् वसिष्ठाद् ऋषिशार्दूलो नारदो ऽवाप्तवान् इदम् //

Translation

This verse (no. 45) teaches that one endowed with faith and discipline should honor the Divine and the teacher, so that knowledge may increase.
