परं भावं भगवतो भगवन् मामजानतीम् । मोक्तुमर्हसि विश्वात्मन् प्रपन्नां भक्तवत्सल ॥ २९ ॥
paraṁ bhāvaṁ bhagavato bhagavan mām ajānatīm moktum arhasi viśvātman prapannāṁ bhakta-vatsala
My Lord, I did not understand Your supreme position. O Soul of the universe, O lover of Your devotees, now I have surrendered to You—please release me.
This verse shows a devotee taking full refuge in the Lord—admitting limited understanding and begging deliverance—highlighting surrender as a direct path to divine protection and liberation.
Because the Lord is especially affectionate to His devotees; the speaker appeals to that defining quality to request mercy and liberation despite her lack of complete spiritual comprehension.
Cultivate humility, admit what you do not know, and practice heartfelt surrender—seeking guidance through prayer, devotion, and service—trusting that sincere refuge invites divine help.
