My revered elder brother Balarāma, behold the peril that has come upon the Yadus who depend upon You. O beloved Lord, Your own chariot and Your cherished weapons have arrived before You. O Īśvara, We have taken birth for the welfare of the sādhus; therefore remove from the earth the burden of these twenty-three armies.
This verse shows devotees turning to Krishna as their protector when calamity strikes, acknowledging that even protected communities face trials but Krishna remains the refuge.
Because an urgent threat has arisen for the Yadus, and the speaker urges Krishna to act—His chariot and weapons symbolize readiness to protect dharma and His devotees.
Respond to crises by remembering your spiritual shelter, acting responsibly, and relying on God’s guidance rather than panic—faith and steady duty together.
