Śukadeva Gosvāmī said: Greatly honored by Lord Balarāma and Lord Kṛṣṇa, Akrūra sat comfortably upon a couch and felt that all the desires he had contemplated on the road were now fulfilled.
It shows that when Kṛṣṇa (with Balarāma) honors someone, that person feels fully satisfied—so much so that their cherished hopes are fulfilled as if perfectly arranged by the Lord.
Śukadeva Gosvāmī is narrating. His narration frames the event as a divine outcome—highlighting that Kṛṣṇa’s recognition and grace are the real source of fulfillment.
Seek fulfillment through devotion and humility rather than mere achievement—when one aligns desires with dharma and bhakti, satisfaction comes naturally, like grace rather than struggle.
