Transliteration

tatrārabhata govindo rāsa-krīḍām anuvrataiḥ strī-ratnair anvitaḥ prītair anyonyābaddha-bāhubhiḥ

Translation

There on the banks of the Yamunā, Lord Govinda began the līlā of the rāsa dance with the faithful gopīs, jewels among women, who joyfully linked their arms together.
