My Lord, You are the all-pervading Universal Form, freely creating, sustaining, and governing—then dissolving—this universe. Though You employ Your energies amid the guṇas of matter, You ever remain established in Your own original being; Your perfect, ever-full knowledge destroys the darkness within the soul. O Hari, I offer my obeisances unto You.
In the Caitanya-caritāmṛta ( Ādi 2.117) it is said:
This verse praises Hari as the regulator of the universe’s creation, maintenance, and dissolution, showing that cosmic functions operate under His supreme control.
Aditi seeks the Lord’s shelter and intervention for the welfare of the devas; her prayers glorify Viṣṇu’s supremacy and His power to remove inner and outer darkness.
Regular remembrance and worship of Hari—through prayer, chanting, and study—cultivates clear understanding and reduces ignorance-driven habits like fear, anger, and confusion.
