सोऽनृतव्रतदु:शीलानसतो यक्षराक्षसान् । भूतद्रुहो भूतगणांश्चावधीत् सत्यजित्सख: ॥ २६ ॥
so ’nṛta-vrata-duḥśīlān asato yakṣa-rākṣasān bhūta-druho bhūta-gaṇāṁś cāvadhīt satyajit-sakhaḥ
Satyasena, together with His friend Satyajit (Indra), slew the Yakṣas, Rākṣasas, and ghostly beings who were false to truth, impious, and ill-behaved, and who tormented other living creatures.
This verse condemns those who are untrue to their vows and depicts them as irreligious and dangerous, fit to be restrained by righteous authority.
Śukadeva Gosvāmī is narrating to Mahārāja Parīkṣit, describing the suppression of wicked Yakṣas and Rākṣasas.
Keep truthful commitments, cultivate good character, and protect others from harm—standing against cruelty and exploitation through dharmic means.
