स्वस्ति। वेदः स्वस्तिर्द्रुघणः स्वस्तिः परशुर्वेदिः परशुर्नः स्वस्ति। हविष्कृतो यज्ञिया यज्ञकामास्ते देवासो यज्ञमिमं जुषन्ताम्
svastí | vedáḥ svastír drúghaṇaḥ svastíḥ paráśur vedíḥ paráśur naḥ svastí | havíṣkṛto yajñíyā yajñákāmās té devā́so yajñám imáṁ juṣantām
Blessing be the Veda; blessing the wood-splitter; blessing the axe, the altar; blessing—aye, the axe—for us. May those Gods, makers and lovers of sacrifice, the sacrifice-worthy, take pleasure in this our sacrifice.
