पञ्चौदनं पञ्चभिरङ्गुलिभिर्दर्व्योद्धर पञ्चधैतमोदनम्। प्राच्यां दिशि शिरो अजस्य धेहि दक्षिणायां दिशि दक्षिणं धेहि पार्श्वम्
páñcā́udanaṃ páñcabhir aṅgulíbhir darvyóddhara páñcadhā́ etám odanám | prā́cyāṃ diśí śíro ajásya dhehi dákṣiṇāyāṃ diśí dákṣiṇaṃ dhehi pā́rśvam
The fivefold porridge—lift it with the ladle, with five fingers; portion this porridge in five divisions. In the eastern quarter set the goat’s head; in the southern quarter set the right flank.
