आ रोदसी हर्यमाणो महित्वा नव्यंनव्यं हर्यसि मन्म नु प्रियम्। प्र पस्त्यमसुर हर्यतं गोराविष्कृधि हरये सूर्याय
ā́ rodasī́ háryamāṇo mahitvā́ návyaṃ-navyaṃ háryasi mánma nú priyám | prá pastyám asura háryataṃ gó rā́viṣkṛdhi hárye sū́ryāya
Hither, spanning both Worlds, thou rushest in thy greatness; ever anew thou art made glad by the dear hymn even now. Forth, O Lord, make manifest the homestead’s eager might; disclose the cattle’s cry for the Tawny One, for the Sun.
