Sukta 8
वेदाहं सूत्रं विततं यस्मिन्नोताः प्रजा इमाः । सूत्रं सूत्रस्याहं वेदाथो यद् ब्राह्मणं महत्
védāháṃ sū́traṃ vitátaṃ yásminn ótāḥ prajā́ imā́ḥ | sū́traṃ sū́trasyāháṃ védā́tho yád brā́hmaṇaṃ mahát ||
I know the thread outstretched, wherein these creatures are inwoven. The thread, and the thread’s own secret, I know; yea, that which is the mighty Brahman.
