परित्यजेदतुष्यन्तं तुष्यन्तं चानुपालयेत् ॥ कZ_०५.६.४५च्द् ॥
parityajed atuṣyantaṃ tuṣyantaṃ cānupālayet
He should discard one who remains dissatisfied; and he should continue to support/protect one who is satisfied.
Administratively it functions as a loyalty filter: chronic dissatisfaction signals misalignment or risk; satisfied personnel are stabilizing assets worth retaining and protecting.
