तदनिसृष्टं विक्रीणानस्य पूर्वः साहसदण्डः ॥ कZ_०५.२.१५ ॥
Transliteration
tadanisṛṣṭaṃ vikrīṇānasya pūrvaḥ sāhasadaṇḍaḥ
Translation
For selling that which has not been released/authorized (for sale), the first (lowest grade) fine for ‘sāhasa’ (violent/forcible wrongdoing) shall be imposed.
