एकेषां पणनिमित्तो जयः पराजयो वा प्राणिषु निश्चेतनेषु वा पक्षद्वैधेन प्रकृतिकोपं करोति ॥ कZ_०८.३.६३ ॥
Transliteration
ekeṣāṃ paṇanimitto jayaḥ parājayo vā prāṇiṣu niścetaneṣu vā pakṣadvaidhena prakṛtikopaṃ karoti
Translation
For some, victory or defeat arising from betting—whether on living beings or on inanimate things—creates anger among the state’s constituent elements by splitting them into rival sides.
