वाक्पारुष्यमर्थदूषणं दण्डपारुष्यमिति ॥ कZ_०८.३.२३ ॥
Transliteration
vākpāruṣyam arthadūṣaṇaṃ daṇḍapāruṣyam iti
Translation
Anger expresses itself as harsh speech, distortion/corruption of judgment and policy, and harshness in punishment (excessive coercion).
