सर्वद्रव्यप्रयोजकत्वात्कोशव्यसनं गरीय इति ॥ कZ_०८.१.५२ ॥

Transliteration

sarvadravyaprayojakatvāt kośavyasanaṃ garīya iti

Translation

Because the treasury is the means by which all resources are set in motion, a calamity to the treasury is the more serious one.
