अमात्यजनपदव्यसनयोर्जनपदव्यसनं गरीयः इति विशालाक्षः ॥ कZ_०८.१.१९ ॥
Transliteration
amātya-janapada-vyasanayor janapada-vyasanaṃ garīyaḥ iti viśālākṣaḥ.
Translation
Between calamity affecting ministers and calamity affecting the countryside, calamity of the countryside is graver—so says Viśālākṣa.
