वैगुण्ये च प्राणाबाधः प्राणान्तिकचरत्वाद् राज्ञः इति ॥ कZ_०८.१.११ ॥
Transliteration
vaiguṇye ca prāṇābādhaḥ prāṇāntikacaratvād rājñaḥ iti
Translation
And when there is ministerial deficiency, there is danger to life—because they move in the king’s closest proximity.
