devīgṛhe līno hi bhrātā bhadrasenaṃ jaghāna mātuḥ śayyāntargataś ca putraḥ kārūṣam
For, a brother—hidden in the queen’s residence—killed Bhadrasena; and a son—concealed within his mother’s bed—killed the Kāruṣa (king).
