द्वितीये पौरजानपदानां कार्याणि पश्येत् ॥ कZ_०१.१९.१० ॥
Transliteration
dvitīye paurajānapadānāṃ kāryāṇi paśyet
Translation
In the second time-block, he should attend to the affairs of townspeople and the countryside (urban and rural administration).
