तत्रस्थः कोशदण्डसम्पन्नः प्रवीरपुरुषकन्यासम्बन्धमटवीसम्बन्धं कृत्यपक्षोपग्रहं च कुर्यात् ॥ कZ_०१.१८.०७ ॥

Transliteration

tatrasthaḥ kośadaṇḍasampannaḥ pravīrapuruṣakanyāsambandham aṭavīsambandhaṃ kṛtyapakṣopagrahaṃ ca kuryāt

Translation

While staying there, once equipped with treasury and coercive force, he should cultivate ties through brave men and marital alliances, establish connections with forest polities, and secure the support of operational factions/agents.
