ध्वजस्थानमेतदिति वातव्याधिः ॥ कZ_०१.१७.१८ ॥

Transliteration

dhvajasthānam etad iti vātavyādhiḥ

Translation

‘This is a flag-post (a rallying point),’ says Vātavyādhi.
