उपलब्धस्योपजापमुपेयात् ॥ कZ_०१.१६.२६ ॥

Transliteration

upalabdhasyopajāpam upeyāt.

Translation

Having identified (a susceptible person/point), one should proceed to inducement (recruitment/solicitation).
