संस्थानामन्तेवासिनः संज्ञालिपिभिश्चारसंचारं कुर्युः ॥ कZ_०१.१२.११ ॥

Transliteration

saṃsthānām antevāsinaḥ saṃjñālipibhiś cāra-saṃcāraṃ kuryuḥ

Translation

Residents/trainees of the stations should conduct the movement of intelligence using coded signs and written messages.
