स सर्वतोमुखः सर्वतोभद्रः ॥ कZ_१०.६.३१ ॥
Transliteration
sa sarvatomukhaḥ sarvatobhadraḥ
Translation
That (maṇḍala formation) is «front-facing on all sides» and «secure/auspicious on all sides»—i.e., capable of meeting threats from any direction.
