Sutra 58

भिन्नसंघातनं तस्मान्न युध्येताप्रतिग्रहः ॥ कZ_१०.५.५८च्द् ॥

bhinnasaṃghātanaṃ tasmān na yudhyet āpratigrahaḥ

Therefore, one should not fight until the formation is re-compacted; the (troops of the) pratigraha are to be held back (as reserve).
