अदक्षिणामुखं पृष्ठतःसूर्यमनुलोमवातमनीकं स्वभूमौ व्यूहेत ॥ कZ_१०.३.४८ ॥
Transliteration
adakṣiṇāmukhaṃ pṛṣṭhataḥ sūryam anulomavātam anīkaṃ svabhūmau vyūheta
Translation
On one’s own ground, one should array the army so that it does not face south, with the sun to its back, and with the wind favorable (at its back/with it).
