purastād viṣamāyāṃ pṛṣṭhato 'bhihanyāt
When the enemy faces uneven ground in front, strike it from the rear.
Uneven ground reduces the enemy’s ability to advance, reorganize, or retreat; striking from behind compounds confusion and limits escape routes.
