अलभ्यमानायां परपक्षमुद्धर्षयेत् ॥ कZ_११.१.५० ॥

Transliteration

alabhyamānāyāṃ parapakṣamuddharṣayet

Translation

If she cannot be obtained, he should incite/rouse the opposing side (faction).
