हीनान्वा विशिष्टैरेकपात्रे विवाहे वा योजयेयुः ॥ कZ_११.१.११ ॥
Transliteration
hīnān vā viśiṣṭair ekapātre vivāhe vā yojayeyuḥ
Translation
Or they should pair the ‘inferiors’ with the ‘superiors’ in common-table association or marriage (selectively), to reconfigure factions.
