संरुद्धस्य वा तत्रैव घातः ॥ कZ_०४.९.२५ ॥

Transliteration

saṃruddhasya vā tatraiva ghātaḥ

Translation

Or, if the confined person is killed there (in custody), the penalty applies accordingly (custodial killing).
