ब्राह्मणस्य सत्त्रिपरिग्रहः श्रुतवतस्तपस्विनश्च ॥ कZ_०४.८.१९ ॥

Transliteration

brāhmaṇasya sattriparigrahaḥ śrutavataḥ tapasvinaś ca

Translation

In the case of a Brāhmaṇa—and likewise of the learned and the ascetic—only ‘sattri’-type taking/maintenance (i.e., a limited, customary form of support/levy) is permissible.
