वस्त्रं वेषं विभूषां वा दृष्ट्वा तद्व्यवहारिणः ॥ कZ_०४.७.२३च्द् ॥

Transliteration

vastraṃ veṣaṃ vibhūṣāṃ vā dṛṣṭvā tadvyavahāriṇaḥ

Translation

Having observed the clothing, dress, or ornaments, (he should locate) those who dealt with him/them (i.e., the relevant traders, makers, sellers, or associates connected with such items).
