सर्वज्ञख्यापनं राज्ञः कारयन् राष्ट्रवासिषु ॥ कZ_०४.५.१८च्द् ॥

Transliteration

sarvajñakhyāpanaṃ rājñaḥ kārayan rāṣṭravāsiṣu

Translation

By this means, he should have the king’s reputation for omniscience (all-knowing vigilance) proclaimed among the inhabitants of the realm.
