Sutra 10

कृतलक्षणद्रव्यक्रयविक्रयाधानेषु योगसुरामत्तान्वा ग्राहयेयुः ॥ कZ_०४.५.१० ॥

kṛtalakṣaṇadravyakrayavikrayādhāneṣu yogasurāmattān vā grāhayeyuḥ

In the buying, selling, and pawning/pledging of marked goods, they should have arrested those caught in collusion or those intoxicated with liquor (i.e., made vulnerable and caught in the act).
